Considering the urgency of crew renewal and the need to ensure the smooth transportation of key materials in the Spring Festival waterway, the Government Affairs Center of Yangshan Port Maritime Safety Bureau in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport's 2024 Overall Plan for Comprehensive Transportation Spring Festival Service Guarantee and Safe Production on crew service guarantee, through the handling mode of "commitment to do" for tolerant matters, after Xia signed the letter of commitment and provided electronic materials, he first handled the renewal of the certificate, and received the new certificate after verifying the original service book according to the content of the commitment.

    The new certificate of the crew member Xia has been successfully issued recently, and he said that after returning home for the Spring Festival, he will mail the original service book for the window to check according to the promised content, and expressed his gratitude to the Yangshan Port Maritime Safety Bureau for providing convenient services.

    "Yangshan Line Certificate" refers to the "Training Certificate of Crew Driving Qualification Certificate for Specific Routes of River-Sea Direct Ships" and "Specific Routes of Yangtze River to Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port Area". "Specific route river-sea direct" ships refer to ships sailing on specific sea routes from the Yangtze River to the East China Sea, mainly for the direct river-sea ships sailing on the "specific routes of the Yangtze River to Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port Area", and their operation is a convenient, efficient, green and economical mode of transportation, which is an important part of deepening the structural reform of the supply side of transportation, and plays an important role in improving the function of the Yangtze River golden waterway.
